Shipping policy

Your Steelouette will always be shipped as soon as possible.

For international orders:

Once ready your order will be shipped through DHL Express (trackable shipping).

The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout, depending on the destination.

The delivery process takes around 1-7 days depending on the location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail or SMS with the tracking number of your package. All our products ship from Beirut to the destination of your choice around the globe.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

Customs and import taxes may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. Steelouette is not liable for additional costs related to customs and import taxes that may occur. We cannot predict if/and how much you would be charged, as these fees vary from one country to the other.

For local orders:

For the Cash on Delivery payment service, the delivery process takes around 1-3 days depending on the location.
